Out Riders Apparel is a small business that was started by bikers who were tired of folding, tying, and losing our bandanas. We started by making our own Bandanas & Do-Rags and because of their unique design friends and family began asking for them. And now our product is featured at many biker rallies, on the web and in several Harley dealerships.

ALL of are EZ-Wear Bandanas™ & EZ-Wear Do Rags™ Are Guaranteed for one year from date of purchase. If any of the crystals should need to be replaced, we will gladly replace the missing crystals free of charge and return your bandana or Do Rag to you.
Shipping requirements: Please allow 1-14 business days for your order to ship.
Return Policy: Your satisfaction is 100% unconditionally guaranteed. If you purchased a product from us and it does not meet your satisfaction, we will gladly refund, replace, or exchange your purchase. To assist us in this process please email us at email@example.com, that you are sending the Item or Items back to us. This will help us in processing your request in a timely manner.
Return Requirements: The item(s) being returned includes all parts. The item(s) has not been altered. The item(s) is being returned within the 7 day review period.
7 Day Review Period: Due to the nature of this business, we can only offer you 7 days to review your order. This 7-Day review period will start the day your item is delivered. Merchandise does not have to be returned within 7 days but should be shipped back to us on the seventh day. You do not have to call us to let us know that you are sending them. If you exceed this time allowed you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Items do not have to be shipped overnight, but item should be shipped back to us within a timely manner.
After 30 days NO REFUNDS will be given.

Exchanges: To exchange any of our products complete the Return/email. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an Out Rider's Apparel™ error.
Defective or Damaged Products: We fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will refund or exchange providing you complete the return/email. in a timely manner and return the item(s) back to us.
Non-Returnable Items 1. Items not purchased from Out Rider's Apparel™. 2. Products that have been modified or altered in any way. 3. Specialty items including any personalized items. 4. Items that have been worn or damaged by customer. 5. Items that are not returned within 30 days.
Refunds or Exchanges will not be given to products that have been used or damaged from customer misuse or neglect. Out Rider's Apparel™, will not refund any shipping or return shipping costs unless it is because of a shipment error or damaged item.
